Plastic materials used
Customer frame tray system
Frame trays can be stacked on top of one another, protecting sensitive workpieces from mechanical damage, dust and dirt. Frame trays are especially designed for automatic handling.
Container inserts and intermediate layers
Container inserts or inserts for plastic containers and cardboard boxes protect components from slipping, which means that damage during transport is out of question. Whether stackable or as an intermediate layer - both variants are possible.
Stackable trays
Stacked workpiece carriers are stacked one above the other. Depending on the requirements, the trays are stacked over feet or lids.
Rotable trays that can be stacked
Stocked rotable containers are stacked one above the other.
Empty trays are rotated by 180 ° and if possible, nested one inside the other. This means that up to 80% of the transport volume can be saved.
End cover / pallet support cover
As an end cover of a tray or as a pallet support cover.
Depending on your needs, our team will manufacture the required carriers in the desired number - from individual parts to large series. In addition, our specialist company is characterized by sustainable production. Because we increasingly use recycled raw materials for production.
Depending on the area of application, we use different thermoplastic materials in the manufacture of our plastic workpiece carriers. For example, ABS, ABS-TPU conductive, PE, PET, PP, PS, PC, etc. are processed in a conductive manner.
We would be happy to design carriers for you that are particularly well suited for automatic handling. They can also be stacked and color-coded. Do you need recessed grips in the workpiece carriers? Our engineers from Bad Bentheim also implement this specification as quickly as possible. Contact us now.
